Functional Fit360

Functional Fit360 focuses on our 6 Pillars of fitness: Push, Pull, Hinge, Squat, rotate and carry. Coach David will have you moving and exercising optimally, keeping you functional and independent in your everyday life!

Strength 101
This class focuses on simplified strength training, prioritizing high reps, weight, and rest periods. Chris will help you gain muscular growth and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome! Weights are based off every individual and where they are in their health and wellness journey.
BOOT CAMP
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 30-minute full-body workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout!
