Morgan is a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in hypertrophy and also certified as a nutrition, flexibility, and mobility specialist. Growing up, she was always in the gym which fueled her passion for fitness from a young age. She has a love for functional fitness and believes in the importance of building strength and muscle to enhance everyday movement and overall performance.
