CustomFit360 was established in 2016 with the goal of providing elite, customized and professional fitness and nutrition programming to our immediate community that enveloped Millville, Ocean View, Bethany Beach and surrounding areas. Through the support of our client base, despite COVID-19 shutdowns and a myriad of challenges, we have continued to grow. As we have grown, our impact and reach has become larger and larger. We now have the opportunity to make an even bigger impact on our community within Sussex County and change even more lives. It is through these core values that we will continue to deliver what I hope to be, the best fitness experience there is to offer. Over the years, we have focused on our 1:1 programming and have slowly introduced our small group and nutrition programming. We now have 3 core offerings at CF360: one on one personal training, small group training and nutrition services. We keep groups small and try to give each individual as much attention as we can, in order to insure injury prevention, movement efficiency and of course, results. We will take this model that has become successful in helping others and carry on the mission in Lewes Delaware!

ERIK SCHREIBER​

Owner of CustomFit360

Erik is a former Division 1A college athlete. Erik is NASM, NESTA, NCSA and NCSF (4 governing bodies) certified in 11 different specializations including senior fitness, weight loss and human performance as well as NASM Nutrition Coach. With over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry Erik’s unique diversity in his training methods primarily focuses on Functional Training Technique to maximize results.

 

“Functional Training” is classified as an exercise which trains the body for activities performed in daily life and can be modified for all levels of fitness abilities. With clients ranging from beginner to advanced, Erik’s ability to create personalized programs for each client has been met with great success.

KELLY KRAVCHENKO​

General Manager

Kelly has always had a passion for movement and started dancing at the age of 4. She went on to graduate from Shenandoah University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and immediately started her career as a professional dancer for Princess Cruises in 2016. She spent four years performing and traveling the world-all while her love for fitness and cross training grew. In early 2020, she decided to pursue Personal Training even further and became NASM Certified and has found a second passion to help others learn how to use fitness to better their mental and physical health. She is also a NESTA Certified Nutrition Coach and has helped many clients with their lifestyle since 2021. She loves to continue educating herself and believes that fitness should be part of everyone’s life!

Our fitness professionals

Chris Parker

Chris is certified with ISSA in corrective exercise and nutrition. Chris's fitness journey began in high school with his first weight training class. Since then, he has been incorporating exercise into his daily routine and lifestyle while pursuing his passion within the fitness industry. Through his experience and management training with GNC, Chris also boasts a strong background in nutrition and supplements.

Chris’s goal as trainer and exercise enthusiast is to be able to bring the best out of anyone looking to better themselves physically and mentally. Going on 5 years of staying active, he is a strong believer that exercise not only prolongs life but also enhances the quality of it!

David Blake

David graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a B.S in Exercise Science. He has almost a decade of experience in the Health and Wellness field.

David found his passion for Exercise and Fitness when he was rehabbing his own injuries. He truly enjoys helping others reach their goals to move better, feel better and perform activities they thought were never possible for them. David is Certified with ACE as a personal trainer, along with specialties in Functional Fitness and Pain Free Performance.

Sara Mass

Sara was born in upstate NY where her love of sports began. She played numerous sports in high school, and went on to play soccer at UMass Amherst until an injury abruptly ended that chapter. She lived on the island of Martha's Vineyard from 2013-2023, and was the owner & operator of CrossFit Martha's Vineyard. She is a 4-time CrossFit Northeast Regional Competitor, Level 2 certified, with specialty certs in Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Endurance, Gymnastics, Goal Setting, and Scaling.

Her passion has always been fitness and her commitment has always been to safety, as she knows the human body is strong but also precious. Sara is currently engaging with GOATA movement, which recodes the body to follow nature’s blueprint so that pain can be eliminated while also reaching peak performance at the same time. She moved to Lewes in early August with her wife, two young daughters, and two dogs, and is excited to bring her 13 years of professional experience to CustomFit360 to inspire others to keep an active lifestyle that strengthens and builds durability.

Kelsey Pogonyi

Kelsey is a graduate from DeSales University with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology. She has played lacrosse for 13 years, including 4 years in college.

Kelsey has a passion for creating optimal performance in sport and everyday life through training and helping people to reach their maximum potential
Kelsey is a believer that “exercise is medicine” and that by living an active lifestyle, it will improve quality of life.

Quinn Buffington coach at CustomFit360 Lewes

Quinn Buffington

Quinn is and is a NASM certified personal trainer and former Division 1 collegiate athlete. Quinn is also certified in open water rescue through USLA, United States Lifesaving Association. He most recently spent his summer working for North Shores Beach Patrol and completed his rookie training which included 30 days of intense physical conditioning.

Quinn was a multi-sport athlete in high school where his passion for fitness began. He enjoys challenging himself and is always open to trying new things to better himself physically and mentally. To that effect, Quinn ran his first 10k race at Charleston’s Cooper River Bridge Run where he finished in 24th place out of 440 runners in his age group while maintaining a 6.50-mile pace!

Quinn’s focus as a personal trainer and driven athlete is to work with customers to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals!
